I came to India after two years, and though it was a short trip, it felt incredibly special. All of us sisters were together after 18 years — celebrating Diwali surrounded by old memories and new little ones in the family made it truly unforgettable. 🪔✨

From hosting a family lunch to wandering through Tulsi Baug after six years, shopping for sarees, and catching up with mavshi, kaka, and mama — every moment was a reminder of how deeply comforting home can be.

It was a short trip, but one that filled my heart in so many ways. ❤️

These Gunpowder Potatoes made with @herbiesspices Gunpowder Spice were an absolute bomb — crispy, spicy, and so addictive! 🔥

All you need are a few simple ingredients:
4 potatoes cut into wedges, a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, a touch of chilli, Herbie’s Gunpowder Spice, a little salt, and a splash of honey or maple syrup for balance.

Roast them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (or 15 minutes in the Ninja Combi, plus 2 minutes of grilling) until perfectly golden and crisp.

They’re the ultimate spicy potato side — smoky, crunchy, and packed with that deep stone flower flavour. Save this one for your next weekend craving. 🥔❤️

These lamb cutlets from @australianbutchersstore were incredibly soft, tender, and beautifully gamey — some of the freshest I’ve had.

All I did was leave them at room temperature for about 40 minutes, marinate with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then sear in olive oil, butter, and a few cloves of garlic. Baste well for about 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 60–62°C, then rest for 7–8 minutes.

Served with my roasted gunpowder potatoes (recipe coming soon!) and a side of mango Kashundi — simple, flavourful, and so satisfying.
